In a word, Yes! After 20 years of neglect, the window in this picture had Stage 2 Hard Water Corrosion. This is as bad as it gets before the glass is completely ruined and it must be replaced. With patented processes and industry exclusive equipment, we were able to restore the right pane to optical clarity and then we finished the left pane after taking the photo.

Hard water spots come in two varieties. When minerals are adhered to the glass surface because water was allowed to dry on them, it is called Stage 1 Corrosion. These simpler surface stains can usually be identified by scratching at them with your fingernail and seeing it mostly come off as a fine white powder. When the minerals begin to bond to the microscopic “rough” structures at the surface of the glass and actually embed themselves into the glass molecules, it is called Stage 2 Corrosion. These more serious hard water spots can only be removed with a great deal of effort, equipment and labor.
The most basic question to ask yourself is, if you were happy with you received from another company, what drove you to seek us out? There is something missing in most service businesses today: the desire to truly take care of the customer.
You probably have enough information already to answer this question yourself. Think of your experience with us so far on the phone, in an email or a text message. Was there a difference from the other companies that you’ve talked to? And if you’ve already received your quote, did you find that it clearly communicated exactly what you can expect from the MasterPro Team? This introduction is just a small taste of the level of care and customer service you’ll receive from our Family. We will provide you with a 5-Star experience. You won’t find a Fast Food mentality here.
There is no customer service without people. How much you want to and should interact with the people in a company is usually determined by the quality of team members a company attracts. In most service businesses today, the job technicians are encouraged to not engage with a client beyond what is absolutely necessary. It’s a lot like the average employee kept hidden in the “kitchen” at a fast food establishment. You will never see their face let alone know their name. However, in a 5 Star restaurant your personal chef may actually come out, introduce him/herself and not just ask how the food was but how you are as a real, quality human being. The experience you get is entirely up to you when you make the decision on where to dine.
So this might seem like a weird comparison to make, but if you’ve ever asked us why we are different from other specialty cleaning service companies, you probably have heard our hamburger analogy. There are a lot more similarities between hamburgers and window cleaning than it may seem. We’d like to show you why we think this is a perfect analogy.
